When you insert a movie clip on a slide in Microsoft PowerPoint, it may appear
to be distorted, grainy, or pixilated. When you play the movie clip in Slide
Show view or outside of PowerPoint, it appears fine.
CAUSE
PowerPoint inserts the movie clip at 100% of the original size in relation to
how it will appear in Slide Show view, or how it will appear when played alone
outside of PowerPoint. If your zoom settings in Slide View are greater than or
less than 100%, the movie clip will appear to be distorted, grainy, or
pixilated. PowerPoint adjusts the movie clip in Slide view so that it will appear at the correct size in Slide Show view. | Article Translations
