After you install the Symantec WinFax Starter Edition with Microsoft Outlook 98, you decide to upgrade to the full version of WinFax Pro. After you upgrade, you notice that the Fax numbers fields are empty when WinFax Pro is set to view information from your Outlook Contacts folder.

WinFax Pro 8.x looks for fax and voice numbers in the Outlook Contacts fields, Other Fax and Primary Phone. Because these fields are often unused, they appear unpopulated when viewed from the WinFax Pro phone book.
