SYMPTOMS

When you view the properties of the Lexmark Optra S 1250 printer, the Installed Memory (Kilobyte) option on the Device Settings tab defaults to 2,048 KB even though the printer ships with 4,096 KB by default.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 4.
