SYMPTOMS

When you are in the Contacts folder, there is no option for "New Fax to Contact" in the Actions menu.

RESOLUTION

To send a fax to a contact when in the Contacts folder, follow these steps:

Click to select the contact you want to send a fax to.
On the Actions menu, click "New Message to Contact."
When you are finished with your message, on the File menu, point to Send Using, and then click Symantec Winfax Starter Edition.
