You export Microsoft Outlook items to a file, and not all items are
exported.
CAUSE
The Outlook import/export converter does not export items that use a custom
form or have a non-standard message class field.
RESOLUTION
You can work around this problem by using the Omsgclas.doc utility to change the message class of all of the items to the standard message class and then export the items.

OL98: How to Update Existing Items to Use a New Custom Form
If you use the Omsgclas.doc utility to change the message class of all of the items in a folder, this may cause unwanted side effects. First create a temporary folder and copy all of the items you wish to export to this folder. Use the Omsgclas.doc utility to change the message class of the items in the temporary folder and then use the import/export converter to export the items from the temporary folder. This will ensure that your
original folder is not affected by this process.
