Y2K: Dispatch Incorrectly Displays Year

SYMPTOMS

The year 2000 is displayed incorrectly on the screen and in the Dispatch.log file when you run Dispatch.exe. The date 01/01/2000 is displayed as 01/01/100.

To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the following fix.
