After you upgrade your computer to Windows 98, you may receive the
following error message when you open the Windows Address Book:
Unable to open address book, a component is missing. You must
reinstall Outlook Express.
If you reinstall Microsoft Outlook Express, you may still receive the error message. CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you upgrade your computer to Windows 98 by
running Windows 98 Setup from MS-DOS and you have more than one folder
whose name begins with "Outloo" in your Program Files folder.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
