The Windows NT Event Viewer Application log may generate multiple Event ID 1008 and 4005 logs every few seconds. The event descriptions are:

Event ID: 4005 Source: perfctrs Description: Load of INETMIB1.DLL failed. Make sure the DLL file is in the PATH. WIN32 Error number is returned in the data.
This problem is caused by the failure of Inetmib1.dll to initialize properly upon loading where memory is allocated during initialization, but not de-allocated during clean-up.
