Marquee tag.
To create a Marquee tag in FrontPage 98, open a page in FrontPage Editor, point to Active Elements on the Insert menu, and then click Marquee. The Marquee tag is supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 2.0 and later; it is not supported by Netscape Navigator. MORE INFORMATION
