When using the Microsoft Fax service with Outlook 2000, it is possible to
address new mail messages to both e-mail addresses and fax telephone
numbers. You can manually type a recipient's fax number or select it from
an address book if the entry already exists. If you manually type a fax
telephone number, you must use the following format
