SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the Magnifier tool or a third-party accessibility program or device on a computer on which Windows 98 or Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1 for Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 is installed, you may experience unexpected results.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain and install Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 2. You can obtain Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 2 from the following Microsoft Web site:
