To start the Calendar Connector in console mode, perform the following steps:

Ensure that the Calendar Connector service is not running.
Locate Calcon.exe in the appropriate directory:
For Exchange Server 5.5: Exchsrvr\Connect\Calcon
For Exchange 2000 Server: Program Files\Exchsrvr\Bin
Type Calcon.exe at an MS-DOS command line, or double click the file from Windows Explorer to start the Calendar Connector in console mode. It may be a good idea to expand the properties of the MS-DOS window in order to view more information.
To stop the Calendar Connector, press CTRL+BREAK to end the task. In some cases, you may have to kill the task to end it.
