You see a "FrontPage Save Result Component" message instead of a form when view a page that contains a form

On This PageSYMPTOMS When you view a page that contains a form that is
configured to send the form results to an e-mail address, you may receive the
following message on the page rather than the form:
[FrontPage Save Results Component] CAUSE/RESOLUTIONCase 1Some FrontPage components, referred to as browse-time components, interact with a Web server and do not function when you use them on a disk-based Web. Browse-time components function only when you use the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to browse to a Web server on which you installed FrontPage Server Extensions.To correct this problem, publish your Web to a FrontPage extended Web server. Case 2Your Web was converted from a disk-based Web to a FrontPage Server Extensions Web, but your form still refers to the disk-based location for saving your forms results.To correct this problem, open your form in FrontPage and change the location to where you want your form results saved. To do this, right-click the form, click Form Properties on the menu that appears, and then do one of the following:
Case 3This problem may occur because the e-mail transport on the computer that hosts your Web is not configured correctly. To correct this problem, configure the Web server for e-mail transport.
