The file name is determined by the version of PowerPoint that you are running. For Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, the file name is the PPT.pcb file. For Microsoft PowerPoint 2002, the file name is the PPT10.pcb file. For Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, the file name is the PPT11.pcb file. In PowerPoint, toolbars were made to include buttons, menus, or a
combination of both. The Menu Bar is a special toolbar at the top of the
screen that contains menus such as File, Edit, View, and so forth. You can
customize the Menu Bar the same way you customize any built-in toolbar.
