A FrontPage theme consists of unified design elements and color schemes for
page elements, including bullets, fonts, images, navigation bars, and so
forth.

You can apply themes to an entire Web or to individual pages in your Web to
give your pages and navigation bars an attractive and consistent
appearance. When you apply a theme, FrontPage will copy certain files and
graphics to the _themes folder of the current Web on your Web server. The
following files are used for themes:
