SYMPTOMS

When you right-click the taskbar and point to Toolbars, the following commands may be unavailable:
Address
Links
Desktop
Quick Launch
New Toolbar

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you have disabled Internet Explorer by using the TweakUI program.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, enable Internet Explorer in TweakUI:
1.Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2.Double-click TweakUI, click the IE4 tab, click to select the IE4 enabled check box, and then click OK.
3.Restart your computer.
