Symptoms When system resumes from S3 or S4 power saving states, WWAN device may not be able to re-connect to 3G network automatically. CauseThe problem occurs when Windows Mobile Broadband Service (WWANSvc) is cleaning its internal data structures before it’s ready for WWAN device to connect. The issue corrupts some of the internal data structures, as a result WWAN service will not be able to communicate with WWAN device. ResolutionThe issue can be resolved by one of the following action:
