Symptoms

Automatic payments using the ePayments service can no longer be made directly from Microsoft Office Accounting (MOA).

Cause

Microsoft no longer provides a Bacs automated bill payment and is therefore not making use of the Albany Software ePayments service via Office Accounting.

Resolution

 You have two options:

1. Contact Albany Software Limited to transfer and continue using this service, +44 (0)1420 547600.

2. Use the bill payment service offered by your bank.
