MOM 2005 Reports with an end date of 01/01/2010 or later result in incorrect date values on the X-axis.
This is due to the SC_DateDimension_table in the SystemCenterReporting DB not containing dates past 01/01/2010.
To ensure that future operational data is inserted correctly into the DB, run the following SQL on the SystemCenterReporting DB to extend the dates held in the SystemCenterReporting DB.
DECLARE @MaxDate DATETIME
SELECT @MaxDate = MAX([Date]) FROM dbo.SC_DateDimension_View
SET @NewStartDate = DATEADD(day, 1, @MaxDate)
EXECUTE p_PopulateDateDimension @startDate = @NewStartDate, @endDate = '1/1/2020 12:00 AM'
While this will result in future operational data being correctly inserted and displayed, this will not correct the operational data that has been copied over since 01/01/2010 and before the SQL code shown above was run.
In order to correct the dates on the data that has already been affected by this problem, please open up a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS), so that a Microsoft CSS representative can help you through the process of correcting this.
