You may wonder if the ttl (time to live) parameter should be specified in the crawler configuration file during login authentication. This article explains this feature and the impact of not using a ttl parameter.
If you do not have a "ttl" parameter specified in the login authentication section of the crawler configuration file, it will fallback to the default value of 604800 seconds. In that case, the crawler will wait for 604800 seconds before attempting another login unless you refresh or refetch the collection. It is best to configure this parameter to meet your needs. For example, set it to 3600 seconds appears as shown here:
