When you log in to Outlook Web Access, the service always defaults to Outlook Web Access Lite.

Method 1: Check your web browser and version
Make sure that you're using one of the following web browsers:
If you aren't using one of these web browsers, or if its version is earlier than the listed version, Outlook Web Access will always default to Outlook Web Access Lite.
Method 2: Check whether the Accessibility settings is causing Outlook Web Access to default to the Lite version
Method 3: Enable Compatibility View in Internet Explorer 11
Note When you use this method, Internet Explorer 11 saves your Compatibility View settings for the website. Every time that you now access that site, Compatibility View will be used. To disable Compatibility View for a website, click the Compatibility View icon for that website. Or, you can add or remove specific websites from Compatibility View without accessing each website.

Outlook Web Access Lite is the default for users of Exchange Server 2007 who are using any browser other than Internet Explorer 6 or a later version.
In Exchange Server 2007, desk-less workers will always default to Outlook Web Access Lite unless the customer has filed a specific change request to allow Premium access for those users.
