If a multiple-mouse presentation is played while the digital ink layer is active, the Mouse Mischief player starts but cannot be controlled. The presentation fails to respond to mouse or keyboard commands.

The Mouse Mischief player is incompatible with the digital ink layer on some interactive display devices.

Turn off the digital ink layer. The steps to turn off the digital ink layer may vary somewhat depending on the make and model of the interactive display device.

Disable the digital ink layer

  • On the page of the multiple-mouse presentation that instructs the teacher to identify the teacher mouse, right-click the page, and then click Close Ink Layer.
