Follow these steps to verify the time zone:
  1. Use Regedt32 and remotely connect to the registry on the computer you want to check.
  2. Look at the value of in the following key:
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control
      \TimeZoneInformation\StandardName


    You will see the time zone listed, for example, Pacific Standard Time.
