SYMPTOMS

When you print to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 870Cxi printer, some headings may not print in your document.

For example, if text at the top of your Word document is formatted with the style "Heading 1", when you print the document, the "Heading 1" text may not print.

RESOLUTION

To correct this problem, update your HP DeskJet 870Cxi printer driver to version 9.3 or later.
