If you are unsuccessful in sending a fax, you may have problems with how your fax application integrates with Microsoft Word. Most fax applications install a printer driver for the fax/modem, and some fax applications use a Word macro to integrate. Your fax application must be a MAPI-compatible e-mail or fax program.
