OL2000: Printing Contacts Item to Epson LP-9200S Printer Causes Crash in Printer Driver

SYMPTOMS

If you print contacts using the Card print style and an Epson LP 9000S printer you may receive the following error:

Outlook caused an invalid page fault in module E_page21.drv.

This error may be inconsistent, appearing one time but not at other times.

Use the Epson LP 9000 universal driver instead of the LP 9000S driver.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
