SYMPTOMSWhen you create or edit a Quick Step to send an email message to an address by using a POP3 account in Microsoft Outlook 2010, the addresses in the Outlook Contacts folder are not listed. Instead, the addresses are from the Windows Contacts folder. For example, this problem can be seen by following these steps:
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, manually enter the email address of the recipient that you want to specify for your Quick Step. If you have to specify more than one recipient, separate the email addresses by using a semicolon (;), as shown in the following figure.
