This article was previously published under Q217078 SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to add a port to a Triple Lanstreamer PCI network adapter, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:
Stop 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xF6D7439C, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)
CAUSE
This problem can occur if this is the third port you are adding to the network adapter. This error message does not occur for the first two ports added. This problem is a result of a problem with the Streamer.sys file included with Windows 2000. RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, contact IBM to inquire about the availability of Windows 2000 drivers for your network adapter.
