When you click
Folder Options on the
View menu in
Windows Explorer or
My Computer, the
Web style and
Custom, based on
settings you choose options may be unavailable on the
General tab.

This behavior can occur if you are using the Microsoft
TweakUI tool, and the
IE4 enabled check box is not selected.

To resolve this behavior, click to select the
IE4
enabled check box. To do so, follow these steps:
| 1. | Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. |
| 2. | Double-click TweakUI. |
| 3. | On the IE4 tab, click to select the IE4 enabled check
box. |
| 4. | Click OK. |

This behavior still occurs if you uninstall TweakUI. If you
uninstall TweakUI, reinstall it from the Tools\Reskit folder on your Windows 98
CD-ROM, and then follow the steps in this article.
