When scheduling a meeting, the following items may be missing in the meeting form:
This problem occurs when the following registry data is configured on the Outlook client.
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\CalendarWhen this registry data exists, Outlook uses free/busy information from an Exchange public folder instead of using the Exchange Availability Service. The Suggestions Pane and the Add Rooms features both require the Availability Service.
To resolve this problem, make the following change to the UseLegacyFB value.
