HOW TO: Set Page Transitions on a Frames Page in FrontPage 2000

This article describes the process of applying page transitions to a frames page in FrontPage 2000, and it also gives some general information about page transitions and frames pages.

Apply a Page Transition to Frame Set

1. On the frame set page, click the No Frames tab.
2. Click Page Transition on the Format menu.
3. Select the page transition you want to use, and click OK.
4. Save the page.

This method will apply a page transition to the frameset.

Note: Internet Explorer does not support page transitions for individual frames pages. If you apply page transition while in Normal view to an individual frames page, the transition will not work while the page is in the frameset. If you browse to the page outside of the frameset, the transition will display.
