Digital AlphaServer Cannot Start After Installing Service Pack 4

SYMPTOMS

After you install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 on a Digital AlphaServer 2000, 2100, or 2100A computer that uses an EISA-based boot device with 32-bit Direct Memory Access (DMA) enabled, the computer may not start.
