SYMPTOMS

When you install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 on a computer that already has the Number9 Revolution3D Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) display adapter driver software installed, the display adapter driver software is replaced with the default VGA driver software.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 5.
