SYMPTOMS

When you select one of the following screen savers included in Microsoft Plus! 98 Desktop Themes, you may see only a blank screen when the screen saver is activated:

Fashion
World Traveler

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Microsoft DirectX is not installed properly or if one or more DirectX files are missing or damaged.
