The Routing and Remote Access Server (RRAS) computer may stop responding to incoming calls after a while.
CAUSE
This problem is caused by an insufficient buffer size problem in Kmddsp.tsp. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
the individual software update. For information on obtaining the
latest service pack, please go to:
