[SQLSTATE 42000] 298 = IDS_SERVER_ERROR (from source) CAUSEThis issue occurs because the query that is run by the SQLServerAgent (TSX) was updated in SQL Server 2008 and in SQL Server 2008 R2 to fix a query parameterization issue. This change to the query syntax is unsupported by the SQL Server 2000 query syntax. When the updated query is run a computer that is running SQL Server in the MSX role, the query fails.
