FIX: A SQL Server 2005 report that uses the visibility toggles feature runs incorrectly in SQL Server 2008 or in SQL Server 2008 R2

Consider the following scenario:

• You create a report in Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
• You create a table with groups. Then, you use the visibility toggles feature to provide drilldown into hierarchies.
• You create an expression that is based on a parameter to control the visibility property of the group headers conditionally.
• The report shows correctly in SQL Server 2005. Then, you upgrade SQL Server 2005 to Microsoft SQL Server 2008.

In this scenario, the report is broken in SQL Server 2008. Specifically, the report has incorrect subtotals and a broken toggle layout.
