TFS 2010 "The Iteration dates are not valid" error after upgrade to SQL 2008 R2

After upgrading SQL Server Analysis Services 2008 hosting TFS 2010 to SQL Analysis Services 2008 R2, users cannot refresh the Burndown chart in an Agile project workbook. They receive the following error:
The Iteration dates are not valid. Switch back to the Settings tab and enter valid dates.
This is caused by changes introduced in SQL Server Analysis Services 2008 R2
To workaround this issue:
Open msmdsrv.ini on the Analysis Services server; this file should be located in the "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\MSAS10\OLAP\Config" directory (if you are using a named instance of SQL, the path will include this in the MSAS10 directory, i.e. MSAS10.<SQL Instance name>)
Locate the line containing the <AllowSEFiltering> tag.
Change the value for this tag from "1" to "0" (without the quotation marks)
