When you attempt to download a file via HTTPS through Proxy Server 2.0
with the Proxy Server Combined Hotfix applied, the download may fail after
a short amount of time. The Internet browser may stop responding or
download an incomplete file. Internet Explorer may return the following
error message:
Internet Explorer cannot download from the internet site [file name] from
[Web_site_name or IP_Address]. Server returned invalid or unrecognized
response.
RESOLUTION
