An "Out of Memory" error is raised when trying to set a property defined with a SQLType of SQL_CHAR. This error is not raised until you try to commit the property that you are setting. This does not reproduce against an Access-based Repository. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This bug was corrected in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 3.
