Change the Attachment Security Zone SettingsTo change your attachment security zone setting, follow these steps:
Deactivate the iRiS AntiVirus SoftwareDeactivate the iRiS Software Limited, AntiVirus program. In a reported incident, the problem message would still not open but other messages of this type, received after the anti-virus software was turned off, had no problem.
