You are attempting to import a high-encryption (128-bit) certificate while
using a version of Microsoft Internet Explorer earlier than version 5.
The certificate file you are attempting to import is damaged. WHAT TO TRYInstall Internet Explorer 5If you installed Office 2000 or Outlook 2000, and chose to not upgrade to Internet Explorer 5, you may encounter any of the above errors when importing a digital certificate. To install Internet Explorer 5, follow these steps:
Replace the Damaged Certificate FileIf you are already using Internet Explorer 5, the likely cause of this problem is a damaged Certificate file. To resolve this problem, obtain a new certificate from an authorized, certificate-issuing authority.
