If you have configured Outlook for Corporate or Workgroup (CW), you may have
a problem with your profile transport services settings. If you have configured Outlook for Internet Mail Only (IMO), your e-mail accounts may not be configured properly. If you receive an account error when faxing, while using Outlook (IMO) with Symantec Fax Starter Edition, your Fax Mail Server and modem controller may not be loaded or configured correctly. WHAT TO TRYTroubleshooting Outlook (CW) Configuration ProblemsIf you are using Outlook (CW), then you should begin troubleshooting this problem by double-checking the settings for your e-mail transport services. On the Tools menu, click Services. Under the Services tab, click to select your e-mail transport, and then click Properties. Verify that all of your settings for your e-mail account are correct.
