Mciavi32.dll Handle Leak When Opening an AVI File Using MCIWndCreate API

When Mciavi32.dll uses the MCIWndCreate() API call to open an AVI file, a handle leak occurs.

The MCIWndCreate API opens a handle to the registry key and does not close it, which causes the handle count to increase every time the API is called.
