Use the import feature in Outlook Express to import the account settings, mail, and addresses, and then import using the Outlook Import/Export Wizard.

This action will use the Internet Connection Wizard (ICW) to confirm the settings from Internet Mail and News. If there are changes to be made to the account settings, you can make them in the appropriate places as the ICW is running.
