security-enhanced Access database that was created in an earlier version of
Access, you may receive the following error message: Microsoft Access can't open or convert this previous version database. The database was created in an earlier version of Access. You don't have appropriate security permissions to open or convert databases created in earlier versions. CAUSE The current user account doesn't have permission to convert
or enable this database. To convert or enable a database, the following
conditions must have been met:
