When you start a Presentation Broadcast, you may receive the following error message:
You don't have BaseURL registered on your computer.

CAUSE
This occurs for one of the following two reasons:
The file server where you are storing the file is offline.
or
Your access permissions to the server have changed which is preventing you from using the file server.THINGS TO TRYMake Sure That the File Server is OnlineTo make sure that the file server is online, follow these steps:
The network name cannot be found.
Verify File Server AccessYou must verify that you have the necessary permissions to access and save files on the file server share. You need a minimum of Read (R), Write (W), Execute (X), and Delete (D) permissions. Check with the system administrator for the file server to see if you have the necessary permissions.MORE INFORMATION
