CAUSE
Another user or presenter may be using the encoder on the same NetShow server that your broadcast is attempting to use for encoding the audio or video. (The presenter computer is the computer with PowerPoint 2000 from which the online broadcast originates.)
THINGS TO TRY
If you are not using a separate NetShow server to encode audio or video, make sure that no applications other than Microsoft PowerPoint are running on the presenter computer. If you are using a separate NetShow Server to encode Audio or Visual, make sure that it is not being accessed by other users for the same purpose. One way to accomplish this is by removing other users from the NetShow Administrators account on the NetShow Server while making sure you are part of the Netshow Server's Administrators group and the Netshow Administrators group.
