SYMPTOMS

When you click Start after you install Internet Explorer, you may receive the following error message:
Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module Vbrowseui.dll.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you have Lernout and Hauspie Voice Xpress Standard, Advanced, or Professional in the Startup folder.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download the latest release of Lernout and Hauspie Voice Xpress Standard, Advanced, or Professional. To do this, please visit the following Lernout and Hauspie Web site:
http://support.scansoft.com/downloads/default.asp (http://support.scansoft.com/downloads/default.asp)
To work around this issue, remove Lernout and Hauspie Voice Xpress from the Startup folder.
