WD2000: Page Per Sheet Order Reversed with Reverse Print Order

SYMPTOMS

When you print a document in reverse print order with more than one page per sheet, the pages printed on each sheet and the actual pages being printed are in reverse order.

For example, if you have the following:

Four physical pages of text.
Reverse print order is selected.
You select to print two pages per sheet.

The result will be:
